These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VisitorsLounge ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
1. The Service
VisitorsLounge is a multi-tenant visitor management platform that lets organizations register, check in, badge, and document workplace visitors. Features may evolve over time and some capabilities may be limited to specific subscription plans.
2. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity on your account.
- Tenant administrators are responsible for the users they invite and for the roles assigned.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or bypass security controls.
- Collect visitor data you are not authorized to collect or that violates applicable privacy law.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
4. Customer data and privacy
You retain ownership of the data your organization submits ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data to provide the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policyand applicable laws including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Subscriptions, trials and payment
- Paid plans are billed in the currency selected at checkout, including NGN.
- Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Offline payments (e.g. bank transfer) are activated once funds are confirmed.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.
7. Intellectual property
VisitorsLounge, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. On termination, your data may be deleted in line with retention settings.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
